I worked with both Jose Kosar, and Bob Kessler. From the first conversation, I knew I was working with the right people. They went completely above and beyond in terms of accommodating my schedule, setting up viewings, and offering ideas/recommendations. The absolute best part of the experience was how low pressure they were. I never once felt pressured to make a decision too quickly, look at something outside of my price range, or make an over-inflated offer. Even once I was already moved in (months later), Jose took it upon himself to help with some of the little issues the seller needed to resolve. This was my first home-buying experience, which I was worried would be a stressful or difficult process. These guys made it an absolute pleasure.

Bob was very honest and professional throughout the entire process of listing and selling my mother's condo. He and Jose gave me excellent advise in order to determine listing price and what did and did not need to be done to the condo prior to putting it on the market. They had a very tough task in working with us, because of qualification issues, differences in lifestyles between my wife and myself and closing. We met with Jose and his teammate Robert Kessler. They listened carefully too what was important too both of us and came up with some wonderful homes for us too view. Specifically, Jose always had a professional book of the homes we were viewing and was excellent at noticing the positive and negative in a home. He noticed so many things that would have escaped my attention. He was always positive and fun too be around. He was so good at finding homes that would be acceptable too us, that in a couple of weeks, the kind of house that we both loved became available in Golden Valley. He brought us too it and we put in an offer that was accepted. When the closing went poorly (Wells Fargo) they were their too make sure the deal didn't fall through and we're now living in a great home. These guys are professional, courteous, thorough, patient, helpful and very nice people etc. It's great having a team of realtors working for you and they're the best!
